One of the questions that someone asked was "What is the key to Life?" I beleive the key to life is whatever you make of it. I mean there is not a handbook that tells you how to survive in life and what type of decisions that you need to make in order to be succesful. Everyone of us leaves our own lives in a different way, we each have or own dreams and goals that we would like to accomplish. So there really is not a set answer for what the key to life really is. I also believe that the key to life is doing whatever makes you happy as an individual. When we are younger we always do things to please our family and we live our lives to make them happy. As we get older we realize later on that we must live our lives the way we want to.
They say the lessons of life are in the Bible. Some are, but you learn the lessons as you go through life, I think. There are good and bad lessons to be learned. What you do with it is up to you. I agree with Miss. Smith when she said the key is to do whatever makes you happy. I try to live my life with no regrets. I don't want to look back and say, I never did what I wanted to do. I try to do what brings me and only me joy. I also try my best not to hurt anyone in the process. Life is what you make it so i feel I'll do my best to make it the best for me.
I was going to answer the question someone asked about what true love is, but my post would be too long if I were to really answer it. I'll just answer the question about the key to life. I'm a very spiritual person and I live my life through the eyes of God, so my answer would be God's purpose for us is the key to life. I honestly think that the key to life is different for every person. My key to life wouldn't be the same as the next person. I feel that it all depends on that person's specific calling from God. Right now, the plan God has for my life is to prosper while changing the world positively, and also making a notable difference in peoples' lives. I do believe His plan will become more specific as I continue living life, but this is purpose right now. God is the key to my life.
What is true love? Well, I'll try to take a stab at this. I feel that true love is what you want it to be. I want someone in my life that treats me the way I deserve to be treated. I friend, companion, someone to listen, to be there when the times are hard and good, like catch you when you fall, have your back, and is honest and true. Someone that will not take you for granted and wants to know how you feel about life and the things that go on in it. The way you are loved by your friends and family is different. Your family will love you unconditionaly and some true friends will do the same. Love can be what you make of it and what you will allow to happen.

Greenfield want us to take over because he believes in us and he knows that we can do whatever we set our mind to, as long as we take the time to think about what we want done and how we want it done. And like Greenfield himself stated in class "why not us" it starts somewhere, so why not his class. And George Bush made the statement, "ask not what country can do for u, but what can you do for your country?" So the question that im puttin out there is what can you do to change the world, and why would you change it for that reason?
I agree on Ozella view I was raised around spiritual views. God has a purpose for each and every one of us even if we believe in him or not. Life is a precious gift we should enjoy and not take for granted. It's a blessing we as college students can wake up every morning to better our future and make something out of our selves. While others didnt even have a chance.
THE QUESTION WHAT DEFINETION OF BEING A FATHER FIGURE? I TOATALLY AGREE BECAUSE DIFFERENT PEOPLE DEFINE WHAT A FATEHR IS IN MY EYES IN COULD BE A PEACHER OR THAT PERSON THAT YOU ARE VERY CLOSE NOT BY BLOOD AND YOU CAN CALL THEM YOUR FATHER, BUT ALSO I UNDERDTAND WHAT SOMEONE IN CLASS WAS SAYING THAT HOW CAN YOU EXPECT SOMETHING OUT OF SOMEONE... WHEN YOU HAVEN'T BEEN SHOWN IT YOURSELF IT KINDA OBERVATIONAL WHAT WE WATCH OUR PARENTS DO WE WANT DO .... SO TO ANSWER THE QUESION IT DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH OF AN IMPACT THAT PERSON HAS MAKE A UNPON YOU IN YOUR LIFE.
In my mind it has been socially constructed that a good father figure is something you can look up to. Someone who is able to teach you things that can help you in life. I agree with keyoshia when she said that it can be someone who is very close not by blood....I thought what that student told Dr. Greenfield about how women have choices and why men cant have the same choice as women when it comes to being a parent.I was personally taught that abotions are not allow in my family. It is believed that babies are a gift from God so in theory if I were to go with that belief I wouldn't have a choice just like the male i would be having the baby by. I guess what im trying to say is different belief systems determine whether or not it is really a choice for the woman as well as the man in the situation.
Well My question was the one about the teacher and the F. Since our class I have spoke with other students in my class and his other classes to see if it was just me who was havin a problem. I found that more than majority of his students are failing his class and the ones who are not failing have D's. Which is bad on his behalf. After speaking to him he has came up with a solution that we will have an extra cradit assignment that will boost are grade a whole letter grade. This is good and bad because if I do the extre credit assignment I will only have a D. :-(
I would also like to comment on the what is the key to life question. One reason being, that i forgot most of the other questions but on the other hand it is a good question. I believe that life is what you make it. Everyone goes through different things for different reasons but none the less, I dont think that God would put obstacles in front of us that we couldn't handle. I think the key to life or having a good life is not defined as the things you go through but as the way you come out of it and what you learn from it. I think the key to life is also learning how to deal with diferent problems and ultimately learning to help who you love but not to put your own happiness last. I say this because even with family you were born alone and you will die alone and at the end of the day your own opinion of you should mean the most. Learning to satisfy your own needs before others but still being a genuinly caring person. Thats the key.
